So my friend over at Counting our Blessings tagged me and I did not know it till today. So here is five things about me and a survey that I answered.

Who can sing best? Neither one of us can sing, but I can carry a tune and Pat doesn't sing at all.
Who is smarter? He is, hands down!
Who does the laundry? I do, but he does his work clothes
Who pays bills? I do.
Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? If your looking at the bed I do, it is closest to the door.
Who mows the lawn? Neither, we have an association that does it.
Who cooks the meals? I do, Pat can't cook to save his life.

Who wears the pants? He does, but I am the belt!

Christmas with the Conolly's

So, this past Sunday we had Christmas with my family and let me tell you it can get a little crazy. There are five grandchildren now and so it is a little loud but we had a lot of fun. We exchanged presents, ate pizza and wings and my mom made a gingerbread house with the kids, although Megan and Aaron seemed to be the only two interested enough to stick with it till it was done. Here are some pictures of the night.

So my Nana is a QVC watcher and shopper. I must say I watch it sometimes and think to myself, I should really buy that and then I never do. But my Nana buys and she bought myself and my sisters this towel that is for your head when you get out of the shower. I don't know about you but I hate that big bulky towel on the top of you head. This one is light weight and fits perfect.

Well, the other night Patrick was up for bath duty and Megan insisted that he put this towel on top of her head. So he did and when she came down to show me I couldn't stop laughing. I don't know if it was how cute she looked or how much she looked like me. So of course I had to take some pictures. The name of the towel is called Turbie Twist. I love it!
